{"id":72349,"date":"2025-01-19T15:38:07","date_gmt":"2025-01-19T21:38:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/diarioavanzada.com.mx\/?p=72349"},"modified":"2025-01-19T15:38:07","modified_gmt":"2025-01-19T21:38:07","slug":"desmantelan-toma-clandestina-de-hidrocarburos-en-tlalnepantla-de-baz","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/diarioavanzada.com.mx\/?p=72349","title":{"rendered":"Desmantelan toma clandestina de hidrocarburos en Tlalnepantla de Baz"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"p1 wp-block-paragraph\">Estado de M\u00e9xico, Avanzada (19\/01\/2025).- En un operativo coordinado por la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica (FGR), a trav\u00e9s de la Fiscal\u00eda Especializada de Control Regional (FECOR) en el Estado de M\u00e9xico, se llev\u00f3 a cabo el desmantelamiento de una toma clandestina de hidrocarburos en un inmueble ubicado en el municipio de Tlalnepantla de Baz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1 wp-block-paragraph\">La acci\u00f3n, ejecutada bajo la conducci\u00f3n de una agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico Federal (MPF), cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de la Polic\u00eda Federal Ministerial (PFM), peritos de la FGR, el Centro Nacional de Inteligencia (CNI), personal de PEMEX, Guardia Nacional, Protecci\u00f3n Civil y elementos de Seguridad P\u00fablica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1 wp-block-paragraph\">Durante la inspecci\u00f3n se aseguraron aproximadamente 15 mil litros de hidrocarburo, tres bombas hidr\u00e1ulicas, siete cubitanques con capacidad de mil litros, dos mangueras de 60 metros de largo, cuatro mangueras de 15 metros, as\u00ed como cuatro veh\u00edculos presuntamente utilizados en las operaciones il\u00edcitas. Adem\u00e1s, para garantizar la seguridad de la ciudadan\u00eda, se deshabilitaron dos tomas clandestinas que representaban un riesgo potencial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1 wp-block-paragraph\">Todo lo asegurado qued\u00f3 a disposici\u00f3n de la agente del MPF, quien continuar\u00e1 con las investigaciones correspondientes para determinar la responsabilidad de los involucrados en estos delitos
