Los hechos ocurrieron alrededor de las 6:30 horas, cuando individuos desconocidos llegaron hasta el domicilio del agente en la calle La Cima y le quitaron la vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Colima despleg\u00f3 a sus elementos al lugar del crimen para iniciar las investigaciones correspondientes. Peritos del Servicio M\u00e9dico Forense realizaron el levantamiento de indicios y trasladaron el cuerpo al anfiteatro para llevar a cabo las diligencias necesarias conforme a la ley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ante estos lamentables sucesos, el Ayuntamiento de Villa de \u00c1lvarez emiti\u00f3 un comunicado expresando su pesar por el fallecimiento del agente municipal. La presidenta municipal, Valeria Tintos, manifest\u00f3 su condena hacia este acto y gir\u00f3 instrucciones para que se realicen las investigaciones pertinentes en colaboraci\u00f3n con la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Simult\u00e1neamente, fueron encontradas dos cartulinas con mensajes amenazantes en distintos puntos.
