{"id":34586,"date":"2022-07-08T13:34:57","date_gmt":"2022-07-08T18:34:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/diarioavanzada.com.mx\/?p=34586"},"modified":"2022-07-08T13:35:02","modified_gmt":"2022-07-08T18:35:02","slug":"vinculan-a-proceso-a-dos-servidores-publicos-en-veracruz","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/diarioavanzada.com.mx\/?p=34586","title":{"rendered":"Vinculan&nbsp; a proceso a dos servidores p\u00fablicos en Veracruz"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Veracruz, Comunicado (08\/07\/2022).- La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado informa que obtuvo vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso en contra de Mart\u00edn \u201cN\u201d y Rafael \u201cN\u201d, por los presuntos delitos de robo agravado, da\u00f1os, ejercicio indebido del servicio p\u00fablico e incumplimiento del deber legal y a Ricardo \u201cN\u201d, por los presuntos delitos de ejercicio indebido del servicio p\u00fablico e incumplimiento del deber legal, quienes tuvieron el cargo de mec\u00e1nicos y Jefe del Departamento de Transporte en la FGE Veracruz, imponiendo el juez medida cautelar de presentaci\u00f3n peri\u00f3dica cada&nbsp; viernes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Fiscal General del Estado, Ver\u00f3nica Hern\u00e1ndez Giad\u00e1ns no permitir\u00e1 actos fuera de la ley dentro del organismo aut\u00f3nomo reiterando que hay cero tolerancia a la corrupci\u00f3n y a la impunidad.
