de Aduanas de M\u00e9xico (ANAM), en coordinaci\u00f3n con la Secretar\u00eda de Marina (Semar) y la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad y Protecci\u00f3n Ciudadana (SSPC), detect\u00f3 en la Aduana de Manzanillo, Colima, tres cargamentos procedentes de China que transportaban aproximadamente 11 mil 755 pares de calzado deportivo con caracter\u00edsticas que hacen presumir que se trata de mercanc\u00eda ap\u00f3crifa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3 wp-block-paragraph\">La detecci\u00f3n se realiz\u00f3 como parte de las acciones de inteligencia aduanera, an\u00e1lisis de riesgo y vigilancia implementadas para fortalecer el control de las operaciones de comercio exterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3 wp-block-paragraph\">De acuerdo con la informaci\u00f3n, personal especializado llev\u00f3 a cabo revisiones documentales y f\u00edsicas de los cargamentos, mediante las cuales fue identificada la mercanc\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3 wp-block-paragraph\">El cargamento fue sometido a mecanismos institucionales de control y vigilancia aduanera, adem\u00e1s de un an\u00e1lisis documental, revisi\u00f3n de antecedentes comerciales y validaci\u00f3n de perfiles operativos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3 wp-block-paragraph\">Las autoridades se\u00f1alaron que la mercanc\u00eda representa un riesgo para la recaudaci\u00f3n fiscal y la protecci\u00f3n de los derechos de propiedad intelectual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3 wp-block-paragraph\">La operaci\u00f3n fue identificada mediante los esquemas de gesti\u00f3n de riesgo y an\u00e1lisis estrat\u00e9gico implementados por la ANAM en coordinaci\u00f3n con la Semar para detectar posibles inconsistencias documentales y dar seguimiento a operaciones que requieren una revisi\u00f3n especializada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p4 wp-block-paragraph\">Las acciones permitieron reforzar los mecanismos de trazabilidad documental, validaci\u00f3n de perfiles comerciales y seguimiento
