\u2013 Espa\u00f1a.<\/em><\/strong><strong><em><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Colima, M\u00e9xico, Avanzada (21\/04\/2026).- Durante la II Cumbre de Rectoras y Rectores M\u00e9xico\u2013Espa\u00f1a, que se celebra los d\u00edas 20 y 21 de abril en la Universitat Jaume I en Castell\u00f3n de la Plana, Espa\u00f1a, el rector de la Universidad de Colima, Dr. Christian Jorge Torres Ortiz Zerme\u00f1o particip\u00f3 en la mesa de trabajo: <em>\u201cMovilidad Acad\u00e9mica y redes de cooperaci\u00f3n\u201d<\/em><em>.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Dr. Torres Ortiz Zerme\u00f1o comparti\u00f3 la mesa con el rector de la Universidad P\u00fablica de Navarra, Ram\u00f3n Gonzalo Garc\u00eda; el rector de la Universidad de Oviedo, Ignacio Villaverde Men\u00e9ndez; el asesor internacional del Tecnol\u00f3gico de Monterrey, Jos\u00e9 Manuel P\u00e1ez Borrallo y la rectora de la Universidad de Cantabria, Mar\u00eda Concepci\u00f3n L\u00f3pez Fern\u00e1ndez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En su intervenci\u00f3n, el rector de la Universidad de Colima comparti\u00f3 la experiencia institucional en el impulso de modelos innovadores de internacionalizaci\u00f3n, destacando la movilidad acad\u00e9mica en sus modalidades f\u00edsica, h\u00edbrida y virtual, as\u00ed como el desarrollo de programas conjuntos como dobles titulaciones, cotutelas, <em>internships<\/em> (pasant\u00edas), misiones acad\u00e9micas y proyectos de colaboraci\u00f3n internacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Como propuesta, Christian Jorge Torres Ortiz habl\u00f3 de crear una <strong>C\u00e1tedra Binacional M\u00e9xico\u2013Espa\u00f1a en Cultura de Paz e Interculturalidad<\/strong> \u201ccon el objetivo de impulsar un ecosistema binacional de formaci\u00f3n, investigaci\u00f3n e intervenci\u00f3n social enfocado en estos temas, con la participaci\u00f3n de estudiantes, personal docente y comunidades, en concordancia con los principios de la UNESCO y los ODS 16 (Paz) y 10 (Reducci\u00f3n de desigualdades)\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La propuesta, adem\u00e1s, se alinea con los objetivos centrales de la Cumbre de Rectores y Rectoras, orientados a fortalecer la cooperaci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica y construir un futuro compartido basado en la innovaci\u00f3n, la sostenibilidad y la colaboraci\u00f3n internacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\"
