Gracias a la visi\u00f3n emprendedora del alcalde Riult Rivera Guti\u00e9rrez el municipio de Colima cuenta con el primer Instituto en el estado y el tercero en todo el pa\u00eds, creado para apoyar a las personas con Discapacidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al respecto Patricia de la Madrid Andrade quien es directora del Instituto para el Desarrollo, la Inclusi\u00f3n y la Atenci\u00f3n a las personas con Discapacidad del Municipio de Colima (INDIS), afirm\u00f3 que ese instituto fue creado durante la actual administraci\u00f3n como una iniciativa del Presidente Municipal Riult Rivera Guti\u00e9rrez con el objetivo de tener una atenci\u00f3n especial a las personas con discapacidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Agreg\u00f3 que atienden a personas con discapacidad motriz o en silla de ruedas, ciegos, sordos y con cualquier otro tipo de discapacidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Destac\u00f3 que se busca trabajar y atender a todas las discapacidades y con recursos que el Ayuntamiento de Colima les ha ido otorgando han apoyado mucha gente con aparatos ortop\u00e9dicos, sillas de ruedas, andaderas, muletas y bastones.<br \/>Adem\u00e1s tambi\u00e9n han entregado despensas que se las hacen llegar a las familias de las personas con alg\u00fan tipo de discapacidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De la Madrid Andrade agreg\u00f3 que ese instituto tambi\u00e9n ha recibido peticiones de apoyo para apoyar a esas personas con discapacidad a poner alg\u00fan tipo de
