Las principales causas fueron el divorcio incausado, con 67.2 por ciento de los casos, y el mutuo consentimiento, con 31.3 por ciento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"538\" src=\"https:\/\/diarioavanzada.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/img_1508-1024x538.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-101284\" srcset=\"https:\/\/diarioavanzada.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/img_1508-1024x538.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/diarioavanzada.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/img_1508-300x158.jpg 300w, https:\/\/diarioavanzada.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/img_1508-768x403.jpg 768w, https:\/\/diarioavanzada.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/img_1508.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1 wp-block-paragraph\">En cuanto a la edad, el promedio al iniciar el tr\u00e1mite fue de 41.1 a\u00f1os para las mujeres y 43.6 para los hombres. Asimismo, el 89.6 por ciento de los casos se resolvi\u00f3 por la v\u00eda judicial, mientras que solo el 10.4 por ciento se realiz\u00f3 de manera administrativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1 wp-block-paragraph\">Los estados con mayores tasas de divorcio por cada mil habitantes mayores de 18 a\u00f1os fueron Campeche (4.9), Nuevo Le\u00f3n (3.5) y Tamaulipas (3.3), mientras que los niveles m\u00e1s bajos se registraron en Veracruz (0.9), Chiapas (1.2) y Estado de M\u00e9xico (1.2).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"538\" src=\"https:\/\/diarioavanzada.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/img_1509-1024x538.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-101286\" srcset=\"https:\/\/diarioavanzada.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/img_1509-1024x538.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/diarioavanzada.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/img_1509-300x158.jpg 300w, https:\/\/diarioavanzada.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/img_1509-768x403.jpg 768w, https:\/\/diarioavanzada.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/img_1509.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1 wp-block-paragraph\">El INEGI destac\u00f3 que, entre 2020 y 2024, los divorcios entre parejas del mismo sexo se incrementaron.
